Started Diet
I started a diet on Sunday morning. I have decided to do the low calorie
diet thing. I figured out how many calories I was eating oer day and it was around 8-12 thousand!!! I now know why I got to the 263lbs that I did. I decided to cut my caloric intake to 1800 calories per day. Elimintating all soda and candy bars and cakes and cookies. I have lost 4.9 pounds since Sunday. Amazing what you can do once you set your mind to it. |
