Question x How Many Calories Should I Eat? x

hey guys
im new and just begining to start to lose weight.
im 17.f.UK and i am 12.9st
i have just over two stone to lose and i feel like a big fat blob.

i dont have time to do much exercise but i have begun to walk to work and home from work every evening which is a 80-90 minute round trip. i also want to start bike riding on a weekend but i need a helmet first! lol

anyway, i was just wondering how many calories should i be eating for the exercises im doing?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

From what I have read it should be between 1000-1400 calories per day. Based
on US figures.
