new here and need some info
Hello,
Am going to give WW a try again, after not using it for a few years. I am not able to actually join WW right now, so am hoping I can get some help and support here. I still have my old kit, but do not know how to do the points in reference to adding exercise in the formula. How does this work? Kelly 196 lbs. 7/1/04 first goal: to get under 190 lbs. final goal: under 165 lbs. |
