Default a lesson learned

hi everybody,

well I've definitely learned my lesson where drinking my water is concerned.

last week i was a very busy girl, gym and work Monday, helped shift and lay
2.5 tons gravel Tuesday, conference Wednesday in a hot stuffy room. woke up
Thursday could hardly bend my fingers they were all fat and puffy and
couldn't get my rings on. and realised that i could count on one hand the
glasses of water i had drunk all week never mind one day.
went to my weighin that night hoping it would not be too bad and well it was
+5lb.

so i stomped home ate everything i shouldn't and felt miserable.

so i got up the next morning and mentally slapped myself. told myself you
knew where you went wrong stop making it worse and fix it. so i have been
religious about my water this week and check everything i ate. found a few
things i was slipping up on. learned that on no count don't assume that 2
similar things are the same and not counted and where points are concerned
learned don't guess.( a herta jumbo hot dog is 8pts without the bread! glad
i checked it and didn't eat it.)

so i went to my weighin hopeful last night and it paid off 6lbs down and i
got my next silver seven and i am now down 21.5lbs

so lesson learned water, water, and more water!

Good for you for using the experience as a learning opportunity and
not a reason to quit. You gave into your disappointment for a minute
and then got right back to business. That's the thing about WW; it can
be very forgiving. Now keep going!
