Default Food & Exercise -- 1/18/2006

A somewhat atypical Wednesday. I went to the office in the morning,
then had lunch with my brother at a French bistro, then participated
in an all-afternoon phone meeting while driving home and then hanging
around at home, then went with DH to a meeting with our financial
advisor, then to a Chinese buffet with DH. Ate a small but rich lunch
and something of a pig-out dinner, and didn't exercise at all -- no
time, and it's a normal day off from the gym anyway.

Food:

* 6:30 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese & 10g grated manchego cheese
* 10:00 (work, brought from home): All Bran cereal bar
* 11:45 (French bistro): very small piece of raisin bread w/ 1/3 pat
butter; salad w/ mesclun lettuce, 1/2 pear, 2 or 3 walnuts, 1/2 oz.
gorgonzola, & 1 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette; 2 oz. foie gras with 4
toast strips (total about 1 piece of bread) & 2 tbsp pear chutney; 9
oz. wine
* 6:30 (Chinese buffet): 4 Peking ravioli (potstickers); small tastes
of about 10 different meat & veggie dishes (some rather high in fat,
others not); 3 bite-sized cake desserts; 1 fortune cookie

Totals: 2158 calories (173 from alcohol), 77g fat (32%), 208g carbs
(38%), 120g protein (22%)

Exercise: None
