So far so good!
Yesterday was a little slippery, and I almost lost my way, but I caught
myself. Wrote it down, counted it, started new today. Here we go! I need to move, but I guess I'm not recovered as much as I thought. I get dizzy with physical effort. I'm still planning on stopping by the gym tonight, but I'm taking it easy for a while. I DID sleep well, FINALLY! Will~ -- ***** "It's kinda fun to do the impossible." Walt Disney |

Meals worked out a little on the low side (12 points out of 19 allowed), so I had a pack of Go Ahead bikkies with afternoon tea for 3 points and I've just has a slice of banana bread for another two. Total is 18 consumed, so one left, plus 5.5 activity points saved. And you know what, it feels good to be back on track :-) Be careful with exercising, indeed take it easy, or go on long walks?
