Default Week 1- Rejoined!

I went back and tonight:

weigh in 210.4
(and I only recieved love, support, and encouragement... no negativity or
shaking fingers or tsk tsk tsking that my mind told me I'd recieve from
them...

my 10% goal that I'm working towards is 21 lbs!

WOOOHOOO! Here I go!

I noticed some new material than what I had last year... my points value
changed too for the flex plan. From what I can calculate:
2 points for being a female
3 points for being 36 years old
21 points for now for being 210.4 lbs (this will drop to 20 points I'm
expecting within a week)
and then
2 points because I'm 5'10.5"
a whopping total of 27...

I am going to work hardest at getting in all my water.. that's always a
struggle for me and I rarely do it.

Thanks again for the support I've recieved thus far! I appriciate you!

Jane I am so proud!!!!

I too struggle with water. What helps me are those sugar free Wylers
and Crystal Lite packets you put in your bottled water. I know just
plain water is best...but I drink SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much more of
it when I use those...so in my mind it is worth it. The weeks I drink
good water ALWAYS show on the scale better than the weeks I don't.

Great job!!!!

P.S. If you stick with Tuesday we have the same weigh in day too.
Twins I tell you!!! And I'm 34 so very close to you in that respect
too!!!

At home I keep a pitcher of water in the fridge with cucumber slices and
slightly crushed fresh mint in it..

Taste all fresh and stuff without all the chemicals..

great you went and took control. I hate water and so I got a glass that I
measured and that is what I drink my water from. I have to treat water like
medication or I don't drink it, best of luck on this first week, Lee

that sounds so yummy! I put a cucumber/spf 15 lotion on my face in the
morning and the smell always makes me wish it was edible, hahaha! Mint! I
love mint! So fresh and yummy! I bet I could persuade myself that it was
like drinking a mojito

I got a jug type thing yesterday that holds 72 ounces, and it's blue and
looks fresh and full waiting for my partaking. I think this will help me to
see what I've drank so far, and how much more I have to go for the whole
day... not to mention to see what's left of it for my daily must have may
influence me to drink it over my standard diet cokes.

Speaking of diet coke... can I just say that I'm an addict? I have been
trying to limit myself to only 1 or 2 a day.... instead of the 4 which are
way to easy for me to have. They can't be good for me... or my bones.

More water..
More water..
More water!!
