Default soya milk in pudding

Just did some low fat pudding with soya milk.
but it wont turn into pudding it stays liquidy.
whats not in soya milk thats in cow milk to solidify my pudding.
just wanting to low carb my pudding since on induction.

Default soya milk in pudding

I used the Soy Slender brand for pudding all the time and it seems to work
well, you could also try using half soy and half heavy cream...
