NYNY last week and this week
NYNY last week : maintain (was already pre-Tom.. I saw the scales go down to
222 and then back up to the numbers of the week before on WI-day of course. So 224.4 is where I stayed. And then it got worse... NYNY this week : Tom is there with a vengeance and I gained a whopping 3.8. Help! Anyway, I 'm not changing my sig, but Amberle, you can mark me as 228.2. It sucks. But I was mostly OP, and I drank water until I floated. Only thing is, the water didn't come out again. Don'tcha wish there was a way of minizing the effects of TOM on our weight.
