Food & Exercise - 8/12/2004
1st high carb day this week (out of 2/week)
Food: Breakfast: cheese bagel, light yoghurt (1 bagel, cca 50 g; 200 ml yoghurt) Lunch: cheese toast sandwich (4 slices black bread, 2 slices of toast for cheese, 1 Tbs hot chilli sauce, 1 Tbs mayo light, 1/4 onion) Tasting DD's mashed banana & peach Water = 10.5 cups Exercise: Swimming (treading water, holding baby) = 1 hour Swimming - fast pace, crawl = 10 minutes Swimming - fast pace, free style = 20 minutes Walking = 1 hr According to Fitday = 132 grams of carbs (1012 calories), and 619 calories burned. grams of carbs, and 619 calories burned.
