37 g peanut butter 222
2 slices bread 240
107 g ice cream 266
23 g peanut butter 138
1 slice bread 120
1 piece dried fish snack ~50
95 g asparagus 21
------------------------------------------------------
1057 kcal

Tomorrow I need to eat more fruits and veggies. I can do this. I will
do this. I will lose weight.

We (my daughters and I) walked down to the store today and got some oranges.
They are delicious this year! More fruits and veggies is a great idea.
They are not only healthy--they fill you up and keep hunger away. =c)

Losing weight is less important right now than maintaining your health!!!!!
More fruits and veggies is a great goal. Also, this particular day it looks
like you're really low on protein. The peanut butter is good -- but why not
"fish" instead of a "fish snack" -- heaven knows what's in that.
