Default Carb Credit????

OK, so I'm sitting here reading posts at lunch time and decide to dig
into my bag of tricks for a luncheon entree'. I come across a can of
sardines in mustard sauce, read the nutrition facts and discover they
claim 0 grams carb and 2 grams fiber!!! So does this mean I get a
carb CREDIT.... like I can eat 10 cans get a 20 carb credit and than
eat - say - a doughnut for "free"???

Does anyone have any idea how many of these carb credit foods are out
there??? This could add a whole new dimension to low carbing!!! I
wonder if I could some how "bank" my credits on Fitday and have them
credited to my totals??? Do you think that if I have too high a
credit balance I would implode???

MsDee

PS, to all who feel the need to make snide remarks....no I am not a
fat moron, yes I do have an idea how diets work and yes I do know
doughnuts are not a low carb food.....this was merely intended to be
an amusing observation of a nutritional facts listing.
