It's a bit harder
Hi, I don't know what happened, I replied to your post but it never showed
on my newsreader. Nutella is a chocolate and nut spread for toasts... Mmmm "Stormmee" wrote in message ... what is nuetella sp, screen reader pronounced it very oddly... also you are staying aware of what you are eating so the week is not a failure even if you gain, I have no trouble with any food except for fat, I can eat butter or crème cheese like others eat chips or candy bars, good luck, Lee Zaz wrote in message ... It's a bit harder this week. My nanny called in sick on Friday, so I called Dad in to take care of the kids, because I have landed a huge contract and I really couldn't not work on that day. We had fish at lunch, but in the evening I really was exhausted and Dad is not one to really cook. So we ended up ordering from this popular rôtisserie and getting chicken with.. fries! I didn't eat much, but ended up taking almost all my extra points in one single meal. And then I took about 2 points over every day after that, which leaves me with only one point extra. I'm thinking I have only two days now to go before the next weigh in, so I figure it shouldn't be too hard, but it seems as if eating all that bad food on Friday got me back on a binge... craving all kinds of junk foods. I've read somewhere that fat has an appealing taste, and some sort of "i want more" enzyme, which is essential so that babies will feed on the fatty essentials they need. Well. It seems as though I still have the baby craving for fat. And chocolate, even though that's another story. Don't get me started on that. The nanny has given nutella to my daughter, and I was thoroughly POed. It's not her fault: it was in the cupboard, right? That's my hubby's favorite, and I forgot to mention I didn't want my baby to get it just yet. My baby girl is very slim still, and so active I'm not worried about her weight. Maybe I'm just jealous? Maybe I'd like that Nutella as well? Life is hard sometines. -- Isabelle 154.8/151.2/130 |
