Default Lifetime

Well, I made lifetime today. But it was somewhat anti-climatic.

Two weekends ago I visited family in Spokane. I heard they were
diabetic so it should've been easy to stick to plan while eating their
food. So yeah, they were pretty much sugar free, but what they weren't
was low-cal or low-fat. They insisted on cooking for us and taking us
out. For which I'm grateful because we saved money that way. But they
even ordered breakfast for us once. Biscuits and gravy. There goes my
points for the day. Add to that kahlua cream cake that night for
dessert and there goes my 35 for the week too. So last weekend's
weigh-in I was up almost two and a half pounds and only one pound from
goal. Yikes.

This week's WI was alright. I was down 1.5 pounds but that still puts
me up 1.2 from where I WAS three weigh-ins ago. Anyway, it's a loss
and a decent one so I'm not complaining. I just worked hard to get
back down to that and I thought maybe it would've been a bigger loss
than that. But I already know what I could've done differently that
might have helped me with another half-pound or so.

But hey, shake it off, right? I'm lifetime now! Yeah! to commemorate
the occasion, here's a special edition ASCI signature.

Congratulations and welcome Joe!!!!

What you just went through is exactly what lifetime is all about... Now
we're not forcing the numbers down.. we're learning to keep them stable, and
it'a whole different game, still a fun one though!!

I am a diabetic as well and follow WW. Guess my sugars are down
significantly.

It only works with "fixed width" fonts. If you use Google Groups, it
will show up as pushed around in the reply message window, but not in
the group's display window if you're viewing with fixed width
characters. That is, until the reply "" characters pile up. Anyway,
thanks for the feedback. It's been a fun journey. There's about 5
more pounds I'd like to lose.

I guess I'm getting a new card or something at my next meeting?

You should have gotten your card and filed the new form when you made
Lifetime..

Maybe they do it differently where you are.

Just make sure you do fill the blue form (you'll get a new membership book
too)

You get a card and a key!
