WI -.08 lbs

Its great to be a loser, I only hope that on those weeks where I gain
or stay the same my attitude stays positive.

Areas of focus this week:
* Water - Don't stop
* Activity Points - Increase 10% I did 14 this week
* Bite it write it
* Remember my winning outcomes
* It is better to error by giving a high count than to error by
underrating.

Start 299.8 lbs.
Current 292.0 lbs.
Total Loss: 7.8 lbs.

Hi Ralph, good numbers so far.

If I may... Instead of "Bite it write it", I'd choose (and chose) to do
"Write it bite it"... Makes you NOT bite it sometimes!

Hehehehe, I've been known to go for ice cream and then think: "I am so not
writing this in my journal" and decided not to eat it!

Weight loss is a mind thing!
