WI -.08 lbs
Its great to be a loser, I only hope that on those weeks where I gain or stay the same my attitude stays positive. Areas of focus this week: * Water - Don't stop * Activity Points - Increase 10% I did 14 this week * Bite it write it * Remember my winning outcomes * It is better to error by giving a high count than to error by underrating. - Ralph Start 299.8 lbs. Current 292.0 lbs. Total Loss: 7.8 lbs. 10% Goal 270.8 lbs. |

Hi Ralph, good numbers so far.
If I may... Instead of "Bite it write it", I'd choose (and chose) to do "Write it bite it"... Makes you NOT bite it sometimes! "Uncle Bonzi" wrote in message ups.com...
