Default Weigh in - week 3

Gained 0.6 lb. Well, I know where that came from. Crazy week, twice ordering
at the Rôtisserie - bad, bad, bad idea.

Well, nothing happens for nothings if you make it so. This gain first
discouraged me, then I reverted the situation and turned it into a booster -
our leader helped a lot in that regard, having us make our Top Ten List of
why we want to lose weight.

I decided that if I don't want to gain again, I had to take action, and just
checking my food isn't enough motivation for me. So I've started every
morning since Wednesday with a 30-35 minutes walk at fast pace. I get up,
wait for the nanny, and as soon as she's in, I get out, sunshine or rain,
heat or cold, I get out and do my walk. It's been the third day today, and I
already feel so much better. About myself, physically but mostly emotionnaly
and psychologically.

Today I even decided to go to my son's doctor's appointment by walk. So I've
been walking over 2 hours this morning! I don't think I would have done that
if I had not already decided to integrate walking into my habits.

Now I've got to get a better rainsuit, and eventually a pair of snow pants -
that too is coming.

Next mini-goal : 10 pounds. 3.8 pounds to go.

Next week will be better Isabelle! Good for you getting in the activity
points. I've been trying to walk more, but have been having some trouble
with my foot giving me ALOT of pain. Had an x-ray last week, now just
waiting on the doctor for results and hopefully some ideas as to resolving
my pain.
