Default Fat Fast - does it really work?

On Page 272 of the Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution book, they start to talk
about the Fat Fast. This is where a person eats 1,000 calories a day, 90
pecent of which are from fat.

Having fallen off the wagon while trying induction, I'm tempted to try this.

Has anyone else done so?

Did it work?

Were you satiated?

Did anything bad happen?
