Default How did they manage?

How did Denny's manage to make a "9 net carb" omlette?

Three-egg omelette with sausage, bacon, green peppers, mushrooms, onions and
diced tomatoes. Topped with shredded Cheddar cheese and served with tomato
slices.
Carbohydrates=11 Calories=662 Fat=53 Fiber=2

Eggs, sausage, bacon, green peppers, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes are
supposed to have virtually no carbs! Can I modify this to make it less? (EG:
hold off certain ingredients that'll make the carb count lower?)

they may have thier own weird stuff - like Denny's Special Cheddar - who the
heck knows!

I was at Ruby Tuesday's the other day having the salad bar. I went to use
the oil & vinegar and read the vinegar bottle. i thought it was weird
because it was cider or malt vinegar colored and labled "Salad Vinegar"
Turns out it was White vinegar & sugar as the main ingredients!! I requested
lemon wedes from the server and made dressing with oil & lemon.

I don't like eating out just for this reason. For one thing - are you really
gonna get a better omelet from Denny's than at home? It's probably gonna
cost you 5 bux too! Then even if you think you are making good choices you
can't expect the 19 year old server to know every ingredient in the mystery
food they are serving.

At least Denny's trys to warn you.

I also try to avoid eating out for your reasons and because of the expense.
