Wellness is measured by combining the following results:
- body fat composition,
- ability to do specific exercises,
- and the volume of oxygen you can consume while exercising.

I have just built this tool that takes more than your weight into
account overall picture

Anyone care to try and comment?

Welness is define "The concept of practicing all the things which keep
one well. It involves maintaining good nutrition, exercise,
stress-control, and good personal and familial social relationships."

Proper nutrition is how you achieves wellness, I give you that much.

How do you measure WELLNESS with certitude? So you know if you are
better or worst then 6 months or a year ago or even last month.

That is the intent of this tool is to measure your progress month
after month - gee we all want to live in our 100 and healthy
