Default Pilates/core training DVD

I use to go to really good core training-pilates classes in San Francisco..
and around here.. hummmm.. let say that it lacks.... something...

Anyway.. I want to get myself a good DVD that would be mat work (I don't
have much space) and that I could do at home in addition to my "normal
workouts".

I heard Windsor is really good.. any suggestions ?

Stay away from Winsor pilates for a while. She's not the best to actually
teach form.
Look for Stott Pilates. Moria is great. She really teaches good form which
you need to get the most of of pilates.
Gaiam is also a good place to look. They make both yoga and pilates dvds.

I'd still stick with Stott. Her's go from the very beginning beginner to
advanced stuff. WInsor doesn't go very advanced. They really don't
I've done them and sold them on E-bay.

You might also want to check out www.collagevideo.com The only sell fitness
videos and one good thing about their website is that you can watch video
clips of DVDs before purchasing. They also tell you how long the video is
with it broken down into how much time is devoted to a specific exercise.
Good luck!

I love the Stott DVDs. I got a free one in Special K a little while
ago. It's really good and I'll be looking for another soon.

Cheers,
Melanie
