Has anyone here had good results with Winsor Pilates and regular
Cardio? Particularly the Buns and Thighs workout and Maximum Burn
Advanced dvd?

My wife has all the Pilates workout videos and she loves them. She rotates
threw the different ones. One month it will be the: 20 minute workout and
Yoga, the next it will be B & T's and Upper Body. Like with anything, you
have to work at it. Me personally, I like the Treadmill and blowflex.

Yes. I got bored with it, and rotated the DVDs out to my SIL in exchange for
the Billy's Boot Camp stuff, but the pilates worked whilst I was doing them.
In about 6 months, I'll be happy to see them back : )
