Default Food & Exercise -- 3/17/2007

Stayed home all day. Went for a morning run (even though it was quite
cold out) rather than going to hip-hop, as my instructor was away and
the substitute is too difficult for me to follow.

Food (all at home):

* 8:15: 1 serving instant oatmeal w/ 22g peanut butter
* 1:30: 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat hamburger bun
w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slice, & catsup
* 4:00: 4 multigrain crackers w/ 2 tsp smoked salmon mousse
* 8:00: 2 cups chunky pot roast soup; 8 oz. wine
* 11:00 (planned): 250g f/f Greek yogurt

Totals: 1326 calories (151 from alcohol), 30g fat (20%), 129g carbs
(30%), 105g protein (32%)

Averages for the week (Monday through Saturday only): 1390 calories,
26% fat, 34% carbs, 31% protein {a bit low, but last Sunday -- before
I was back with my computer and logging again -- was quite a splurge
day, and tomorrow will be something of a splurge as well}

Exercise:

* 12:00: 3 mile run
