Default Low Carb Update Update

I had a nice success with a low-carb diet. I lost 35 pounds in about
5 months and I'm holding where I want to be. I don't think of this
way of eating as a "low-carb craze". I see it as a rejection of the
HIGH-CARB CRAZE of the 20th century.

I started a website a while back to be a compendium of news stories
about Atkins, South Beach, and low-carb plans in general.
Unfortunately, my computer was stolen and I couldn't update the site.
Now my site is back up and running. Thanks for those who expressed
their support during this time.
