Fat Free Caesar Dressing: Maple Grove Farms of Vermont
I love Caesar Salads and I have been trying to find a dressing that was low
in calories. That in its self was a challenge. I found Maple Grove Farms of Vermont: Fat Free Caesar Dressing, but I didn't care much for it. It didn't taste much like Caesar and the black pepper in it was a little spicier than I care for. Nutrition Facts Serving Size 2 Tbsp. Calories 10 Sodium 440mg Carbs 3g Fiber 1g Sugar 1g When I bought the Caesar, I also bought the same brand of 1000 Island Dressing for my fiancé. He really liked it, but I can't remember if it had 10 or 15 calories per serving. It was the lowest calorie count I found for 1000 Island. I hope someone finds this information helpful. |
