Alright, I have the draft website and sign-up form online for the
Resolutions are for Losers (RafL) Weight Loss Challenge. We're incorporating an "inches lost" portion of it this time, which is entirely optional. The challenge will officially run from Monday, January 5 - Sunday, March 28 with the starting weight being the weight from the last week of the NYNY Challenge (weigh-in from week of December 29-January 4). Sign-up and updates can be done through here, via email or by the online form accessed from the website. Sample1 is an example of someone not participating in the "inches lost" portion, Sample2 is an example of someone who is participating. are asking about the weekly reminder thing. If you'd like to post a thread Mondays as a reminder we can do the same as we are with the THTP challenge.
