Default Resolutions are for Losers weight loss challenge

Alright, I have the draft website and sign-up form online for the
Resolutions are for Losers (RafL) Weight Loss Challenge. We're
incorporating an "inches lost" portion of it this time, which is
entirely optional.

The challenge will officially run from Monday, January 5 - Sunday, March
28 with the starting weight being the weight from the last week of the
NYNY Challenge (weigh-in from week of December 29-January 4).

Sign-up and updates can be done through here, via email or by the online
form accessed from the website.

Notes on the website:
Currently there are 2 names listed - Sample1 and Sample2. Sample1 is an
example of someone not participating in the "inches lost" portion,
Sample2 is an example of someone who is participating.

- starting weight week of December 29-January 4
- goal weight for week of March 22-28
- your weigh-in day
- if taking part in the inches-lost portion, please either send me your
measurements (chest/waist/hips) to track or let me know that you'll be
tracking your measurements and will provide me with the "inches lost"
information. I need to know if you'll be participating in the "inches
lost" portion so I know how to set up your section on the website.
- please also let me know if you'd like a weekly email reminder sent.

You can sign me up Amberle. I'll do the "inches lost" portion as well. You
are asking about the weekly reminder thing. If you'd like to post a thread
Mondays as a reminder we can do the same as we are with the THTP challenge.
I can post for you when you are going to be away as long as you email me to
let me know when.

Please add me when you get back from the road. I guess that the last
unofficial weight will be my start since I see the date for starting
will be tomorrow (jan 5).
