Default Food & Exercise -- 6/13/2007

Typical Wednesday -- gym, then some errands, then home. I couldn't go
to the pool because we started having thunderstorms about that time.
(They open at 3:00 p.m. on weekdays until the schools get out the end
of this week.)

Food:

* 6:45 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed
* 10:45 (gym, between lifting & yoga): sample-sized energy bar (80
calories)
* 2:30 (home): turkey burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f
cheese, dill pickle, & catsup
* 5:30 (home): ~15-20 cherries
* 7:30 (home): salad w/ greens, veggies, 7 oz. shrimp, f/f balsamic
vinaigrette; 1 glass wine

Exercise:

* 10:00: Lifting: shoulder warmups; power clean w/ split jerk; clean
pulls; front squats
* 11:00: 75-minute yoga class, focus on hips and hamstrings
