OT - Silly Keyboard Problem THANKS!

Between you and an emailer, both suggesting a hardware rule-out first
the problem got solved. I borrowed DH's PS2 keyboard and the fault
disappeared. I then uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted my USB
wireless keyboard and now it's behaving properly. :-) Thank you
