another Northern Virginia restaurant

I sent my last message too soon, there's another restaurant that I'd recommend

SoBe is short for South Beach, but the restaurant means it in the sense of
light atmosphere and seafood with a Caribbean touch. However, I had the best
salad of my life there a couple of weeks ago.

The Key West salad looked appealing, but I wondered how much pineapple and
apple were in it. I ordered it anyway, with jerk shrimp, and it was wonderful.
Very little fruit, but enough to keep it interesting. And I love their jerk
shrimp. The salad was huge, but not to the point where it was half wasted.
And I didn't feel like I was looking at a big bowl of lettuce. It was just
right in every respect.
