Default Arm flab exercise?

Someone posted a good arm flab exercise quite a
while ago. This is for the back part of the arm
between the elbow and shoulder. Can someone
refresh my memory? Thanks much.

[for someone looking for triceps exercises]

Pushups and pushaways.

Seated dips will hit the triceps as well.

Important thing to remember though - these will build the muscles in the
area - making it potentially less flabby but won't do anything about any
excess fat there.

Martha who *really* wishes spot reduction worked.

If the fat doesn't go but the muscle comes, then the arms will look bigger.

That brings a bizarre picture into my mind :-)

I tend to believe the contention that there is no such thing as spot
reducing. Just because a muscle is near a lump of fat does not mean the
body will use that particular fat to refuel itself.

Groan. Do you know how bad I am at pushups. I
look like a swayback horse. It'll have to be
pushaways.

Do you know what pushaways are?

One site I found on Google suggests pushaways from
a wall for beginners and then graduate to counter
push-backs, then go on to real pushups. That
sounds like it might work until I get rid of some
of this belly.

Push away from the table, dear.

Any weight lifting exercises for the triceps will help. :-)

Cable pushdowns and "skull crushers", as well as dumbell kickbacks.

These three can be googled for form and info.

Cheers!

I was talking about doing pushaways from the table so you will eat less,
which is the only sure way of reducing arm flab.

Got any exercises for head flab dear?
You sure could use it! ;-)

I knew what you meant by the way, too bad you actually named a real body
weight move!
