Turnng over a new leaf:)
As of 9 days ago I started another DIET
So far so goodG and I WAS trying to count my cals BEFORE I started this but it MADE ME fail just like EVERYTIME before but as of a few days ago I've been counting! Trying to get no more than a thousand!!! Remember , I'm in a WC Some of the time . I'm going into remisssion AGAIN:) so I'm walkig a bit! Wish me LUCK I NEED LUCK! glo |

Good Luck ! I too just recently started dieting again. Go to fitday.com it will help you count your calories. 1000 calories may not be enough though if you've got much activity going on. fitday will let you see how many calories you burned and ate in the I try to keep it around 900 to 1000 after a deduct my activity. I want to loose, but I would like to do it the healthest way possible. Wish me LUCK I NEED LUCK! glo hi gloria.. 1000 calories is way too low. thats barely covering basic metabolic requirements. you'll just get hungry and cycle into a binge. u might wanna consider upping it to 1500calories. godo luck |

Janice, I'm not working as my mom is livig with us. She is 87 and with
heart problems. I miss my job but I feel it is a great honor to do this for my mom. I'm walking ALL that I can do:) as I'm a PUSHER hehehe! ONLY in the health senseG I WAS having this EXTREMELY HARD day until I came here. I was LOOKING FOR SOMETHING sweet But after reading my friends WELL I stopped and I'm doing well again!
