Are you weight training while dieting? I must admit, weight training
and LC aren't the greatest of combination especially when my whole
body (muscle + liver) is fully depleted of carbs.

You must be doing it wrong.

Why?

Because weight training and low carb dieting go great together for many
people, myself included. The variables of set, reps, types of lifts, rest
between sets, and days off between lifting can all be adjusted with the diet
in mind.

Ah yes, I used to weight train while on Atkins, it was okay because I
got to enough... sorry I was talking about when doing a ckd where
feeling nauseous with strong lactic build-up are suppposed to be a
part of it, otherwise you're not fully depleting your body of
glycogen. Carb refeeds happen on the fourth day. I'm not doing this
diet right now... too tough! Still pscyhing myself up for it.

Depletion workouts aren't really all that necessary. You can still drop
bodyfat without killing yourself.

You have a great body! Can I save those photos as wallpapers?

Hi everyone,

I remember posting here the first time complaining about my metabolism.
(Thanks for listening and giving me advice!) I've been keeping at it and
been losing a steady 1 lb/week of fat. Total loss for me is 17lbs and 7-9
more to go. Figures may not be big but to me they are. I'm a little
person. Now I'm 124 lbs, 5'2".

Here are the pics...

Gonna keep with a sorta cyclical keto diet until I lose 7 more pounds and
then go on the UD2 and hopefully gain lots more muscles. Can't wait!

If I were your husband, I would not want you to have more muscle.
You're perfect like that.

Thanks! You're too kind :-)

I'm not sure that I would gain any more muscles than 3-4 lbs this year. I'm
a very, very hard gainer.
