Bob, you stupidass, punkass, spellbitch, Typos get your pantys in a
knot? Like I said, if you doubt my word (Masters from U of Mass) it's
because you are an uneducated buffoon. Fix yourself a BIG bowl of that
stuff, and bon appetite'.
P.S. How about doing it live online? I'll sell tickets, and make some
loot. No doubt suicide live would bring in quite a draw.

Bob, I recommend you follow that recipe, and have a HUGE helping of

You know, for a ****wit, you sure are a ****wit. Beyond the fact that
there's no such thing as coliander, you sure are a ****wit. If you
meant "coriander" (which is usually understood to be the seeds from
the same plant we also call cilantro) combining it with pepper and
vinegar will make part of the normal seasoning for salsa and a whole
big bunch of other foods.

Really, do get remedial help with your trolling. It's rather weak as
it stands. And as it stands, it sags a good bit.

Coliander, indeed...

Right. And avoid, at all costs, cinnabar and cormorant. Those spices
will terminate your uvula if you're a woman or it'll wither your
prosthesis if you're a man. Not much worse than that could happen to a
person. Well, except if you listen to crap like this. You'll get
hearing aids.

G'day Bob,

Why dontcha just blow him?

The mixture is also part of some pickling recipes which for

generations have
been used by many and have had no ill effects whatsoever.

Except this combination is deadly.

Also, in hotter climates pepper mixed with herbs and spices such as
coriander have been used to keep meat and protect the consumer of those
meats from the ill effects of eating meats that would otherwise be rancid
and make people very sick.

So Steve,
Just what was the average life expectancy of those people? Oh yeah,
25YO was considered aged. Know why dumbass? Because they ate that
combination of spices, and it killed them.

NO need to be ignorant and abusive, it merely shows your immaturity and
attracts negative attention. Abuse serves only one purpose, to hide
ignorance and fear, so unless you have respect and choose to speak to me in
a manner that is respectful, then please don't bother saying anything at all
as I'll just ignore your comments.

Steven

By the way, I'm 40 and regularly eat the supposedly deadly combination and
I'm healthy, strong and apart from a few grey hairs look younger than most
my age. So according to your logic, I should have been dead long ago. Of
course it's your choice to have your beliefs and not my responsibility to
persuade you to believe anything other than what you choose.

Hi there,

The poisonous aspect of MSG was very much exagerrated.
Except for a very small minority of possible MSG intolerants,
evidence indicates that it is completely harmless. There is
also no evidence that such intolerance exists either (double
blind, placebo controlled trials).

"Chinese Restaurant Syndrome" was an urban legend
or a hoax.

Walker R, Lupien JR. "The safety evaluation of monosodium
glutamate. J Nutr. 2000 Apr;130(4S Suppl):1049S-52S.

http://www.nutrition.org/cgi/content/full/130/4/1049S

Considering I'm allergic to the form of msg that is added to foods as an
additive, I think there needs some correction in the assumption that it is
harmless. Of course I do recognise that many have researched such things and
have come to the conclusions they have been paid to come up with. Of course
not all are of that standard, yet when companies like Monsanto sponsor
research, it's a certainty that the research will say what they want it so
say.

The symptoms I experience when eating foods with refined added msg a
Dry tight throat, restricted breathing needing an inhaler to assist with and
I do not suffer from any form of asthma or other breathing difficulties,
just when I consume added msg and artificial sweeteners which have a very
similar effect on me.
Also I get very lethargic and experience lapses of concentration where my
vision also fails to focus momentarily and I get blurred vision. An extreme
thirst that is unquenchable.
Severe headaches.
Hot flushes.
Cold feet.

Of course maybe I am imagining it as the experts say I cannot experience
these symptoms from merely consuming foods with added msg or foods with
chemical sweeteners.

I have been checked out and have no health problems that could explain what
I experience when having those additives.

Now as far as the natural form of msg that is naturally in foods, I can
happily eat those foods and not experience and effects.

Of course the powder they add to food is refined, it is in doses much larger
than seen naturally in foods, and may even be or include some artificial
parts to it.

Panties.

in a knot?

Not really. Ignorance does. Vulgarity does. And ignorant vulgarity
most of all.

Like I said, if you doubt my word (Masters from U of Mass) it's

I don't *doubt* your word. That assumes a question. I discount it
entirely. Perhaps you can offer a citation that documents this
desperate hazard. Right.

Your message:
WARNING! POISONOUS MIXTURE! It's well known that coliander,
pepper, and vinegar form a highly toxic mixture that can
kill you fast. DO NOT TRY THIS RECIPE, THIS IS NOT A JOKE!

This is either profoundly stupid nonsense that you actually believe or
it's profoundly stupid nonsense you're trolling with. Either way, it
marks you as a fool.

The combination of coriander, pepper and vinegar is extremely common
in virtually all of the important cuisines of the world.

Fix yourself a BIG bowl of that stuff, and bon appetite'. P.S. How
about doing it live online? I'll sell tickets, and make some loot.
No doubt suicide live would bring in quite a draw.

Find something to do that doesn't make you look quite so dimwitted.
Just a friendly suggestion.

As Chung is unable to. Oh, he doesn't reply directly to me. Not a
chance. He waits for others to do so and that way he adds his comments
that way. He makes a big point of not replying to me. Mostly because
he really can't. It's that problem he has with facts and truth...

Let Andrew "Lucifer" Chung bring light to the dark corners...

I'm 56 years of age, 6"2, 205 lbs and work out regularly aerobically
and with weights. I'm not into fad diets and believe that caloric
moderation with an exercise regimen is the most sensible way to go.

Lately I've developed a real "taste" for beef jerky and have been
eating quite a bit of it ( the packaged type) the last few weeks.
About 1/4 to 1/2 lb. per day lately. I'm trying to lose a bit more
bodyfat and I find that the the jerky is filling and I'm less likely

to
snack on "junK" foods.

Beef jerky is high in protein, low in fat and seems pretty healthy
except for the fact that it contains of sodium.

Any comments or feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Sy

I know that in the "Old West" dried meat was very popular. Of course,
people generally didn't live to be over 55 anyway!
