Default Key to losing lots of weight

When you eat protein, your stomach becomes more acidic.
When you eat carbs, your stomach becomes more base.
When you eat proteins and carbs together, your stomach cancels itself
out and can't digest anything, so you become fatter.
For best results, eat proteins and carbs at different seatings.

If your body can't digest something, it passes through. You can't get fat
unless your body breaks down the material and metabolize it. DUH.
