Default Week 12

My word for next week is "focus," as in "must stay focused." For some
reason, I just forgot about recording my food and points in my QuikTrak
booklet. I was eating what I usually eat but I didn't measure portions.
Therefore, I was up by 0.4 lbs. Not a devastating gain, but...it did make
me mad enough at myself to see the light. I am back to recording food,
portion sizes and points. It's not hard, and it only takes a minute or two.
Even I can do it. Temper tantrum finished.

Anyway...the exercise thing is going well. I'm actually getting it done.
The floor aerobics are pretty easy. I decided to take it down a notch with
the step aerobics, though. I now do about half the tape and then the cool
down instead of trying to do the whole thing. I could do the whole tape but
I was pretty tired at the end. It's divided into sections, and I'm doing 4
out of 9 sections. I figure I'll try to add another section every 2 to 4
weeks. We'll see how that goes. Hopefully in a couple months I'll be
lighter and in better shape. :-)

I hope everyone's having a great week!

Patty

Hey Patty,

Nothing like a hit right in the pride to wake you up huh?

Gain ain't nothing to worry about, actually, might just be a good thing, got
your focus back before bad habits crept back in!!!

You've got hte right attitude on this, Keep on keeping on!!!!

When I don't journal I gain, maybe not the first week. but does start
to creep in if I don't stay _F_O_C_U_S_E_D_.

Thanks for reminding me of the perils of not writing.

Good work! Don't worry too much about the little gains - just regroup
and move on! It's great that you are working out - you have me beat
there!
