Default Dreading the Scale

look at the positives, you have stuck out for 16 weeks, and when my sister's
kids quit napping my mom told her... that's ok, that just means school is
that much closer, Lee

I had a terrible week. I'm not sure what was wrong, but it was
capiltal-W-wrong. For one thing my son (2) quit napping this week, so
I had to quit napping and so I am going on little sleep. I didn't log
my food all week. I am worried that I will be up and I am
disappointed as this weigh-in will be the end of my mini-goal and I
know I am at least 3 lbs short of where I wanted to be. This will be
my week-16 weigh-in, too. Pooh!

I'll report back tomorrow night after weigh-in. Send me a *light*
thought, or two, please! LOL...

Thanks to everyone who responded! I like the idea that the scale isn't
the only thing to look at. I *do* feel better and my clothes are quite
a bit looser. It *is* working! I was down 0.4, which may have been
the difference in my shoes, but hey - after the week I had, I'll take
it!

Back on plan, tracking and being good to myself...thanks to all of you
guys! You're great!

-L.

I needed to hear this, too! My 2.5 year old just stopped napping!
