Default week 2 weigh-in

-0.2 pounds so according to WW down 4.2 pounds in 2 weeks (although like
I've said before I started the diet prior to joining WW and I think I've
lost nearly 10). I was a bit disappointed as I did 4 nights at the gym
this week with lots of cardio and some weights as well as 2 really good
walks (brisk pace pushing 4 kids in a quad stroller) and I didn't go
over my points at all. Oh well, better down than up. I suppose it makes
a difference as well that I weighed in last week in the morning but
could only make a late evening meeting this week. My short term goal is
to lose 4 pounds by the end of the month, medium term is 16 pounds by
Christmas and long term is 45 pounds by next summer.

Keep at it, your doing great.
Many times the weight loss shows up the following week, at least that
has been my experience.

Take the -0.2 and be happy! don't be discouraged...........next week you
will see a greater loss for sure!

I found that I had a trend............one week great loss, next week, little
loss, 3rd week great loss, 4th week little loss.......as time goes on, you
too will discover a pattern in your weight loss.

Any loss is a good loss. You're doing awesome on the exercise, keep up the
good work. A quad stroller?? I've never seen one and didn't even know they
existed :-)
Good luck next week!

Brenda

Celebrate the little losses! They count too! Sounds like you
are doing a great job.
