I'm involved in a huge stall. Although discouraging I'll keep reading
this group and stay OP.

Hang in there and don't give up!

Staying the same is a good achievement!!!! What would the alternative have
been in the past? A gain maybe? then continue to gain maybe?

Don't be discouraged!!!!! be proud that you maintained and didn't go up!
Look back at where you started and reframe your current situation from a
negative to a positive! Where would you be right now if you hadn't started
this journey?

stick with it! stay on OP!........the weight will come off!.......don't beat
yourself up! Be proud of what you are doing!

Of course this is just my opinion but you seem to have reached MAINTENANCE.
You will either need to eat less or get more exercise. I had an 8 or 9 day
stall so ATE LESS rather than exercise more. I started to lose weight
again. I'm averaging about 1 lb a week. I may try for 2 lbs a week
starting Aug 1st. I would not want to lose more than 2 lbs a week in fear
my health would suffer or my skin would sag.

Did you try shaking things up a bit?

No matter how OP you are, if you keep doing the same stuff over and over
again, it end up not working.. been there got several T-shirt..

Keep on keeping on!!!
