Besides, it is not even paranoia, the fact that food selling
capitalists go out of their way to deceive consumers is well
known. They want our money and not not care too much about our
health. So we need to care about our health and our own pockets. A
fact of life, something to live with and recognize.

I tend to be skeptical of the lastest and greatest food fads and try to
eat
foods that I can recognize as being in their natural state. Sometimes I
buy
organics, most of the time I don't because they are not as easily
available
or they just don't apperar very fresh. But I think you are correct, the
less processing, the better.

Wow, capitalism has made you rich, yet you continue bashing it. If you don't
like capitalism, why don't you give all of your riches away and move to a
communist country?

The US is a capitalist country and I like it that way. I like freedom of
choice. Nobody forces you to buy unhealthy products. It's a pretty cool way
to live, imo.
