Default Where are all the thin poeple from Low Fat Diets?

muscle in those same two years to reach the goal weight is questionable
at the rate I’m going.

Yep, overeating combined with eating high carb foods, it will make you fat.

Though, I know thin people, who can overeat, eat whatever they want to. Not
gain a freaking pound.

But then, how healthy are their insides?

Hey, I'm under no obligation to educate every moron who thinks he/she/it has
figured out why what he/she/it is currently doing works and why what others
are doing doesn't. If you want to spend your time doing it, fine. Turn
your computer on and attempt to educate a moron who already knows
everything.
