The fact that I was extremely sick helped (quit 3 days before I got sick).
I will be sure to use the nicotrol inhaler instead of picking up a cig if I get the urge. HOPEFULLY, this will be the last time I quit.. -- Email me at: perpleglow(AT)comcast.net "Jennifer Austin" wrote in message ... "Perple Glow" wrote in message . net... Thanks... Just got weighed today.... 249! 35 pounds gone so far. Except for this damned upper respitory infection I caught from work... I feel great. Anyway, I am feeling much better and will hopefully start back exercising on Saturday. The antibiotics are finally working. Thankfully, I lost mainly fat this week when weighed on the Tanita scale at the doctor's office. 284/249/199/??? |
