WW Smoothie Recipe, Please?
I was wondering if anyone could share a few different smoothie recipes?
Would fruit, skim milk and ice in the blender be good or am I missing something? Thanks, Wendy |

If you have room in your freezer cut up some bananas and strawberries and
store them. Use these instead of ice. "Wendy" wrote in message ... I was wondering if anyone could share a few different smoothie recipes? Would fruit, skim milk and ice in the blender be good or am I missing something? Thanks, Wendy |

Thanks, Wendy Some of our breakfast replacement therapy smoothies: A quick banana... 2 bananas 1 pint skimmed milk 1 teaspoon vanilla essence Chuck in the blender: divide between 2 tall glasses... The Pink One: 1 ripe mango 100g ripe strawberries OJ - enough! Chuck the fruit in the blender and just barely cover with juice: whizz. Add more juice if it's a bit thick. The Chocolate One! 3 large bananas 1 tub 0% fat Greek Yoghurt 2 tablespoons Cadbury's Drinking Chocolate 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 and a half pints skimmed milk Blend to a smooth cream, and enjoy! I never bother with ice. All the above can be poured as they are into ice lolly moulds and frozen: allow about half a point per frozen lolly. -- Kate XXXXXX R.C.T.Q Madame Chef des Trolls Lady Catherine, Wardrobe Mistress of the Chocolate Buttons http://www.katedicey.co.uk Click on Kate's Pages and explore! |

I do freeze & slice bananas so they are
always available - 1 banana (frozen/sliced) 1 cup skim milk 1 ts. vanilla extract 1 TB peanut butter (any kind will do, but if it's chunky, it's hard to drink through a straw) Blend Enjoy!
