we all inspire in different ways, Less has lost a huge amount, I have stuck
with it and haven't given up, you, well you are a guy posting in here, that
takes a special man to start with, and losing while considering the dietary
needs of your diabetes are all inspiring, and in case I haven't said it
recently, any one of you men that post in her are inspiring to me as most
men don't have the ability to share such a personal journey as losing
weight, it is nice to know that there other men out there besides my DH who
can have honest emotions and be real, Lee

Hi All,

After a slight gain last week of 1.4 lbs, I'm happy to say that after
another rough, stressful week, I'm down 0.6 this week.

I'm getting into cruise mode now. We're leaving on Tuesday night!!! I

hope
to post more between now and then, but if not, I will most certainly be

back
with a report on July 6th.

Just imagine...........this cruise wouldn't have been possible if I hadn't
joined WW a year ago!!!!
(cause I couldn't even stand or walk for 5 minutes at that time without
excruciating pain in back die to being so overweight!)

both can be true in the same person, I know this is a bit OT but my dear
friend who's husband just passed away and I were discussing, that for all
the faults of her DH and mine and for all the rough times, the both of us
still have it so very much better than anyone we could think of in our
circle, my parents are the only couple who even came up for discussion as
close to our relationships so that makes 3 couples of all of those we know,
I wouldn't rade with anyone else I know, and I am sure your DW wouldn't
either, Lee
