Default Back on the plan starting today

Hey everyone-

I confess, I fell of my WW plan and gained 4 pounds in the last 2 months. I
am getting back on the ball begining today. The short term goal is an even
100 kg by the end of the month. That would be a grand total of 7 pounds
lost for the month. (Sorry for mixing units, but 100 kg sounds like a fun
goal)

Off to the gym for a workout!

Thanks in advance for the support. For those of you on the group with
those amazing loses, you have my admiration. For those of you who just
joined, we are in the fight together.

Best,
Matt

Matthew, I just returned from a two week vacation and the scale was
frightening. All I can say is each day is truly a new day and you are
right about being in the fight together.

4 lbs in 2 months, that's a bummer really, but hey! not a disaster now is
it????????

Go for it !! 7 lbs in a month is a little high for me, but you know what
works for you!

Have fun at the gym, I'm just re-commiting to cardio.. I've been doing too
much weight lifting and not enough cardio! we'll see how that works..
