Default The two minute diet.

After long research, the timely topic of new diets frequently appear. I
here, for the first time, pronounce the two minute diet. Shuck the time
and effort to carry around measuring devices, use your watch. It is the
two minute diet, eat all you want for two minutes and then stop,
regardless of what is headed for your mouth or remains on the plate, just
stop. It is easy, it is fast, it works. Testimonials available on
request. In support of my long term research, I want to thank my dog, my
wife, and too many others for which time prevents me mentioning the long
hours they offered each 7/24.

I think your diet has promise, but still needs some work.

It should work better than the two-hour diet I was inventing...

You guys are missing the point. You need to simplify.

Follow my new, Two Hand Diet (THD).

You eat 3 meals a day. They consist of anything that you can hold in your
two hands. No weights, no measures, no timers. Easy as pie (as long as you
can hold that pie in 2 hands).

announced in front of God and everybody:

An interesting concept, but where's your IMAX movie research?

Coincidentally, I recently saw the IMAX film "Whales"
(http://www.whalesfilm.com/) and noted that these amazing creatures go
months without eating, then will spend a couple of weeks in one place
feeding nonstop on krill and plankton. While whales can achieve sizes
of up to 100 tons, they never have a problem with obesity.

This research has led me to the preliminary research on my Two Week
Krill Diet. I currently have three overweight subjects living in a
swimming pool for two weeks, eating all the plankton and krill they
desire -- so far, their weight loss has been remarkable.

No, no, no. I have really big hands. I can hold an entire half gallon of
ice cream in my two hands. Heck, I can hold a pie with a half gallon of ice
cream on top in one hand and my spoon in the other. No, I can see where
this won't work for me.

Now, maybe if I combined yours and the 2MD (two minute diet). I'll make my
diet is the 2MD+2HD.

Hmm....I could put away a lot of pie and ice cream in two minutes with two
hands. No...maybe I'll combine the 2MD+2HD+2PD, so I'd have two minutes to
use two hands to eat two pounds of food. Bingo! The 2M2H2PD. I'm going to
get rich when I market this! Humble servant my ass!

Yeah, that's the ticket.
