Pilates and Peanut Butter Pancakes
If I skip exercises, blame it on the lowly peanut.
One of my favorite breakfasts is a peanut butter pancake, (One egg and one tablespoon peanut butter plus a pinch of baking soda). Since PB is calorie dense, I don't keep it on hand all the time but when I do a big conflict always arises. Exercise is before breakfast. But there have been times when I wanted that PB pancake so badly that I put off the Pilates until later, which never came. This morning, exercise and a hot shower made me feel I now deserve that fresh squeezed organic orange juice, fluffy PB Pancake and tall Allegra freshly ground coffee (the Whole Foods House brand)with a dash of vanilla and cinnamon. Besides, I'm stalling. Today is election day in Canada and many of us will be undecided until the polling places open at 9:30 a.m. I'm voting for whoever supports the peanut farmers! -- Diva ****** There is no substitute for the right food |

I seldom bring peanut butter in the house as I have a problem leaving it alone until it's all gone. Do you have the Pilates tapes? Pilates and Peanut Butter Pancakes
That sounds delicious Carol. How about posting the recipe in full. I
know how to make ordinary pancakes, but perhaps this recipe is different? I think perhaps, though, that the thread should be called "Pilates OR peanut butter pancakes" janice On Mon, 28 Jun 2004 08:05:14 -0400, Carol Frilegh wrote: If I skip exercises, blame it on the lowly peanut. Carol, I'm a bit confused as I don't see any flour in this. Is it
more like an omelette rather than a pancake? janice On Mon, 28 Jun 2004 12:25:25 -0400, Carol Frilegh wrote: In article , rosie read and post wrote: carol, would you post directions for your pancakes? they appear to be LC FRIENDLY!
