Default Happy New Year!

Hi fellow losers.
This holiday season has shown a weight gain of 5 lbs for me despite going to
the gym every second day. (maybe the weight gain is all muscle!)
Well it's back on the bandwagon tomorrow, no more choccies, fattening
seafood dips, wine, beer, etc. It will be a relief not to have to snack and
drink everyday!
Good luck to all, be happy and healthy!
Julie

Sorry about the gain Julie. You're definitely not alone if that helps.

Tell me about it. I'm enjoying not feeling full of crap.

Good luck to all, be happy and healthy!

Same to you :-)
