Week 2
Second weigh in, first week and I'm 5.2lbs thinner! (yay, if only ALL weeks
were as good as the first week). I put a pair of dress slacks on that morning and I thought they were a bit looser. Wish me luck, I'm hoping there's no rebound this week... |

The first week you are so jazzed and then the second week is a let down....so if it happens muscle through to week 3 where you should be more normal in your loss and your body starting to get used to it's new intake.
