Default NYNY update/Haven't been here for a while

Hi everyone!!

I hope everyone is enjoying their first day of the New Year!! I haven't
posted for a while, mostly because I've been lazy!! I'm on a 2 week break
(it's almost over) and I've been busy and too lazy to post. I have 1200
messages to read, I've only been reading a few a day. I'll get back on
track next week!!

NYNY update--I weighed on Monday but didn't want to officially do it until
yesterday--unfortunately it snowed here and I didn't get to go into Curves
so I didn't get my official weigh in done. I did exercise though--I used a
Richard Simmons Tone and Sweat tape, I used muscles I don't use at
Curves--boy am I sore this morning!! As of Monday I was down to 251 but
don't want to use that as my NYNY weight as I was hoping to drop that 1 more
pound by the first to meet goal. I'll let you know tomorrow how it turns
out!! The other thing I have to watch out for is once I go back to work I
change my exercise schedule--right now I'm going in at 11:00am, next week I
go back to 3:30pm, I'm not sure how that will affect the scale--the first
week of our new challenge I may show a gain, although I hope not!!!

I hope everyone has a great weekend!! Congratulations to all who have lost
or maintained. Anyone who had a gain--it'll come off, just keep plugging
away!! To those who met exercise goals, way to go!!!
