Hello All.

Just signed on to the group.

I am a 53 year old male from SW UK. 6' 1", and 105 Kg. Have lost 5 Kg over
the last 6 months without trying, now need to do something positive.

Had a body fat test with the reps from Herbalife that were onsite, paid for
by the company, and about what I expected, if the truth's known. Way high.
So I signed up, and a £105 and a week later, I can feel the weight fall off,
and saw parts of myself in the shower today that I haven't seen in years.
didn't know they were still there. Great plan, and I can feel the results,
but the cost is way too much for me in the long term. I will have to look
for alternatives.

Anyway, I want to get down below 80 Kgs, I am sure I will hit a few bumps on
the way, but so far so good.

Bob.

First let me say welcome and good luck in your journey...I have not tried
Herbal Life but have used similar products in the past...They certainly work
if you follow them...The problem I found is that it wasn't something I could
live with...The truth is that what really worked for me was to eat healthy
eat small (normal) portions and exercise...These things you can always
do...Some do have problems with exercise but usually some sort of movement
can be achieved...For myself dieting was never a problem...I did it for
decades...I'd lose then gain and well I'm sure you know the story...To date
no miracle powder or pill has been discovered...When it does you won't be
getting it from a multi level marketing company...Good luck and keep on
keeping on...GG

Thank you for the welcomes.

I have never made any serious attempts to lose weight during my life so far,
but have got to the stage that I need to make a sustained effort if I want
to see my eighties, let alone my sixties or seventies.

So far this regime is working well for me. I can feel the weight falling
off, and do not feel hungry at all. Am having a small issue this weekend,
because I am spending the holidays with my mother, and all she wants to do
is feed me. Have resisted all attempts so far, and only 1 day to go before I
go home.

Thanks again for your welcome.

Bob
