No, it's low carb. Protein and/or fat will of course be higher
IF calories are kept the same, but neither has to be.

Apparently not. I get most of my fat from fish, some from chicken. Mostly,
I eat low-carb veggies.

These people know everything about how a low-carb diet will kill people.
